Hi, Westminster Presbyterian Church Family! My name is Donna Thomasson, and I am pleased to introduce myself as part of your custodial staff. I am a life-long Wellsville native and love my Wellsville High School Eagles! I have four sons, Luke (23), Nick (22), Tyler (18), and Chip (11). They are all very good boys and the light of my life.
We attend Wellsville Baptist Church and enjoy the contemporary service a great deal. I have been a believer in Christ since I was 11 years old. My very favorite verse would have to be John 14:6: “Jesus said, ‘I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’” In terms of ministry, I have served in Awana for the past 16 years and find it to be an incredible children’s program. I am a former Commander and current Sparks Director. For those of you who know much about Awana, I bleed red, yellow, blue, and green.
I work at Cardinal Health Regulatory Sciences in Overland Park as a document specialist. That means I proofread and edit scientific documents before they are submitted to FDA. No, I don’t have to understand the scientific content, but I am the official Grammar Police. I’ve always loved the English language, and this is a fantastic fit for me.
I have cleaned commercially for over 20 years. Cleaning allowed me to stay home with my boys when they were small, and it is work I enjoy doing. Cleaning your church is a joy, and I believe with all my heart that God Himself saw my need and put this job in my path. I will do the very best job I can and will care for your church as though it were my own.
I have met several of you already and have been so pleased at the warm welcome I have received. I hope to meet more of you as time goes on. Thank you again for the opportunity to be a part of WPC in this way.
Hi, Westminster Presbyterian Church family. My name is Larry Stewart. I have recently taken over the responsibilities off cleaning the kitchen area as well as Roberts hall. I have lived in Franklin county all my life and currently live right across Elm street from the church. I am married to my loving wife Marie for the past 7 years. I have a 16 yr old daughter named Taylor and Marie has 4 older boys that have blessed us with 10 grandkids in the past 5 years. We attend New Hope Church where Marie’s family has been regulars for over 75 years.
I have spent the past 25 years working in warehouse distribution, I have recently stepped away from the corporate world to re-access my career and look in a different direction. Along with cleaning the church I am a supervisor for Kaw Valley greenhouses…come by and see us.
I look forward to meeting more of the congregation in the future. God bless you all.
We at Westminster are so grateful we have these 2 wonderful people who are taking such wonderful care of our building and take pride in what they do! Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
